What is new media?

What is new media? well from my perspective i think new media is all the new ways we can broadcast many information. Our technology has advanced in so many ways, from a simple computer that only processed small and simple kinds of data to a network that can be connected all around the world. New media is a new and better way to express ourselves. Anyone could go on the computer and post information regarding a certain idea. That is what makes our society so great, that we have so many opportunities for the people of the nation to take part in many things.
